Army Rocky Mountain Arsenal

 Current RMA Reports

The draft final Fifth Five-Year Review Report for the Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA) is now available for public review.

Five-Year Reviews are conducted in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), which is more commonly known as Superfund. The U.S. Army conducted the review and prepared the draft final Fifth Five-Year Review Report in cooperation with the EPA, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Tri-County Health Department.

The purpose of the review was to assess the ongoing protectiveness of the remedy for human health and the environment. A multiagency team also evaluated whether any changes had occurred to environmental standards that affect the site. (The following fact sheet provides more information about the Five-Year Review process.)
